Human pilot:
Name: Jason Turner
Age: 25
Sex: Male
Group: Mercenary
Appearance: Though once having a build suited to an athlete, a series of circumstances lead to Jason being cybernetically enhanced to near physical perfection, though none of the augments are visible except for his right eye which momentarily displays its cybernetic nature from time to time.
Personality: Sarcastic to no end and being a smartass covers his inner turmoil as he struggles to maintain the shred of humanity he has left
Likes: The simpler things in life many take for granted such as the sunrise and sunset, or a warm breeze blowing across his face
Dislikes: Himself and what he has become
Strengths: His augmentations give him almost supernatural reflexes, strength, speed, and endurance
Weaknesses: He can get rather hot headed and loses control of himself whenever his augmentations are brought up or similar subjects of pain and toture
Weapon: He himself is more dangerous than a human being, even more so when a standard sidearm or assault rifle finds its way into his hands
Skills: A mechanical genius and top notch pilot, Jason can repair, dismantle, and operate any mech or vehicle after a few moments of adjustment.
Bio: Born in an area torn apart by war, Jason was abandoned in the ruins of what was once a great city by his parents. Before the harsh environment could claim him though, a group of mercenaries found him and took him in. These mercenaries raised him, but he spent most of his time with one in particular. This merc was an elderly man from Africa that served as the small group's mechanic. The man was a genius in his own right and he taught Jason everything he knew up until the day he passed away when Jason was 15. Though only a teenager, Jason became the group's new mechanic as his skill surpassed everyone else's and none would have had it any other way. Eventually, Jason was given his own mech that the group had captured in one of their missions, and despite it being old and outdated, Jason took it to new levels from both his skill as a mechanic and pilot.
He stayed with the group for another 5 years before they split and were absorbed by larger, more stable mercenary groups. By this point Jason already had a reputation that preceded him as an exceptional pilot and outstanding mechanic. Therefore he was recruited by one of the world's most powerful and recognizable mercenary companies, the Mercenary Force of Earth, or more commonly the MFE. It was here his mercenary career really took off as he completed numerous missions for both the Militia and the Apocalypse, though he tended towards the Militia much more often. He also became fast friends with three other new recruits in the MFE, Tank, a huge African man with a gentle soul, Kat, a flirtatious brunette who's skill with long range weapons was unparalleled, and Jaxx, a fiery woman who Jason became romantically involved with until she left him for dead during a failed mission. Jaxx soon after disappeared but continued to contact the MFE once in a while. Jason spent this time on a particular Militia base where he had met Dace and Lori, who would eventually defect and join the MFE, however Dace's position there is not stable as she is contemplating leaving. Eventually Jason, Dace, and Kat were stationed on an isolated island base that the MFE was constructing to guard it when Jason was captured in an attack from a rival mercenary group after sustaining heavy injuries.
He was taken to an underground organization with heavy ties to the Apocalypse where he was forced into an experimental surgery, which would ultimately save his life. The surgery replaced his damaged organs and skeletal structures with advanced cybernetic ones. This included his spine, right lung, a portion of his heart, his entire jaw, right eye, as well as both arms and hands. As an additional part of the experiment his remaining skeleton was augmented, and his entire muscle structure was wired with nano cables that constantly honed his muscles. For the next few weeks after the surgery Jason was monitored in brutal conditions for how this new cybernetic system would react. The results were astounding as Jason came out in better shape than he had ever been despite being tortured in different manners every day. However he was only fine physically, the mental results after such an ordeal left him defeated and broken. He fought until his mind snapped and now he answers only to the G-Corps, which had funded the inhumane project. But somewhere deep inside of his mind, he is still there, fighting in hopes of regaining what he once had.
